The 240kW–2480kW split-type high-power charging system is built for charging sites where several vehicles need access to high levels of power at the same time. Instead of combining the power equipment and charging terminals into one cabinet, the system uses centralized power cabinets with independently positioned charging terminals.
This layout makes it easier to adapt a charging site to different parking arrangements and traffic volumes. It is particularly suited to demanding environments such as industrial and mining areas, port wharfs, and large bus terminals, where charging capacity and equipment availability can have a direct effect on daily operations.

Flexible Layout and Modular Design
One of the main advantages of the split-type design is flexibility. The number and position of charging terminals can be planned according to the size and charging demand of each station. This helps operators make better use of available equipment without placing all charging hardware in one location.
The modular structure also allows the power supply cabinet and charging terminals to be maintained independently. If maintenance is required on one part of the system, technicians can work on that section without treating the entire installation as a single unit. This can simplify maintenance and help reduce operating costs.
The system uses an IP55-rated enclosure and includes protection against conditions such as overvoltage, leakage, and overheating, making it suitable for demanding outdoor installations.

Built for Large Charging Stations
For fleet operators and charging-station developers, the main benefit of this system is scalability. Power capacity and charging terminals can be arranged around the needs of the site rather than forcing every installation into the same layout.
With support for multiple charging outputs, high DC voltage, network communication, intelligent terminals, and several start methods, the system is designed for locations where many commercial or heavy-duty electric vehicles may need to charge throughout the day. Its split architecture also gives operators more freedom when expanding or reorganizing a charging station as demand grows.
