Clear answers regarding charging tariffs, billing, and pricing policies.
Base rates remain standardized within our core public network; however, prices at specific retail centers, private commercial garages, or highway toll plazas may slightly fluctuate due to host land leases and regional electricity utility tariffs.
We bill strictly per kilowatt-hour (kWh) of energy delivered directly into your vehicle’s battery pack. You only pay for the exact volume of green electricity your EV consumes.
There are zero sign-up fees, account initiation fees, or periodic connection charges. Idle fees only initiate 10 minutes after charging completes to discourage station hogging.
You can view live, real-time rates at any time via the interactive station map on our EZEV mobile app or right on the high-resolution touch screen of the charging kiosk before plugging in.
Rates may periodically adapt in response to seasonal wholesale energy costs and peak demand shifts. Any adjustments are broadcast immediately in the EZEV app with complete transparency.
Our support team is here to help you 24/7 with questions about rates, billing, or chargers.
