Host a hub, earn from every kWh
You provide the space. On qualifying sites EZEV funds, builds, brands and operates the charging bays.
You provide
- Parking bays drivers can reach
- A long-term site lease
- Help with the utility connection
EZEV provides
- Capital, equipment and construction
- DOE registration and permits
- Operation, maintenance and app
You earn
of charging revenue — or a fixed monthly rent — plus footfall from drivers who shop while they charge.
Compliance, solved
EVIDA requires buildings with 20+ parking slots to reserve 5% for EV charging. An EZEV hub helps meet it with a DOE-accredited operator.
Own a station. EZEV runs it.
The investor holds the asset; EZEV supplies the system, the brand and the operating capability that makes it earn.
Investor provides
- Capital for construction and equipment
- The site lease and its renewal
- Ownership of the physical asset
- Business permits in the owning entity
EZEV provides
- Design, load study and engineering
- Factory-direct equipment supply
- Construction and commissioning
- Brand, signage and charging app
- Operation, maintenance and spares
- DOE and EVCS registration support
How the money flows — franchise
− Electricity (kWh drawn × grid rate)
= Site gross profit — what the two parties share
Site gross profit split
The investor’s share carries the site lease, insurance, local taxes and income tax. Joint investment: capital and returns shared 50/50.
Buy the hardware, keep every peso
Own your chargers outright. EZEV supplies and installs them — and can operate them for you.
01 Hardware
From AC wallboxes to 2,500 kW split-type hubs, at published list prices.
02 Installation & site works
Load study, civil and electrical works, and commissioning.
03 Charging software
App, payments, billing and remote monitoring by subscription.
04 O&M plan
Preventive maintenance, fault response and factory-direct spares.
Who it suits
- Taxi, ride-hail & bus fleets
- Logistics & corporate depots
- Developers, hotels & condos
Charge at your own grid rate
Depot charging on your own meter instead of paying a public tariff for every kWh.
What makes a site work
Eight checks behind every proposal. Share the basics and we can screen a site from the desk before anyone travels.
Demand
Steady traffic, long dwell time or a fleet that returns daily.
Space
Room for EV bays with safe entry, exit and queueing.
Grid
Transformer capacity nearby, or space for battery storage.
Access
Long opening hours — ideally 24/7 — with lighting and security.
Visibility
Street frontage and signage so drivers find the bays.
Tenure
Clear title and a lease long enough for a 10-year operation.
Amenities
Food, retail or restrooms nearby make the wait worthwhile.
Safety
Flood-safe ground, fire access and distance from fuel dispensers.

From first meeting to first charge
The critical path runs through the utility, not the equipment — so the grid application is filed as early as possible.
Site screening
Desktop check, site visit and load study.
Proposal
Layout, equipment, partnership model and site financials.
Agreement
Contract signed, lease executed, owning entity in place.
Permits & grid
DOE EVCS registration, local permits and the utility application — filed first.
LONGEST LEAD ITEMBuild
Factory order and shipping, then civil and electrical works.
Go live
Energisation, testing, app integration and opening — then 24/7 operation.
Let’s build
the future of mobility.

Questions we hear most
Straight answers for site owners, investors and fleet managers.
Which vehicles can charge?
Every EV on Philippine roads — CCS2, GB/T, CHAdeMO and AC Type 2 are supported across the range.
How do drivers pay?
In the EZEV app with local e-wallets or cards, or with a QR code or RFID card at the charger.
Who handles permits and the utility?
EZEV is DOE-accredited and handles per-site EVCS registration, permit filings and the utility application.
What if the grid connection is too small?
Battery storage and solar buffer peak demand, so the site charges fast on a smaller connection.
Who maintains the chargers?
EZEV — with 24/7 remote monitoring, preventive maintenance and spare parts direct from the factory.
Can we start small?
Yes. Split-type systems let a site open with fewer cabinets and add capacity as utilisation grows.
